I began working out with Jen at the same time that I began physical therapy for a childhood shoulder injury. She not only coordinated my pilates instruction with my physical therapist, via regular communication with him, but she also took a pro-active role in making sure that I strengthened the areas that I had previously injured and developed new exercises specifically for me that focused on strengthening my areas of vulnerability.
Jen makes it easy to work out. She is supportive, understanding, encouraging, and adaptable. She strongly believes in fitness and not in the superficial appearance of health. She is a wonderful role model for those of us who need someone to organize us into doing what we know we need to do. For those seeking immediate results, I saw immediate definition in my legs, within a month. And I am now in my fifties!

Jen is an incredibly gifted pilates instructor. Conditioning is essential for me in order to meet the physical demands of my nursing job. Jen has tailored a unique program to meet my needs, focusing on core strength. Her meticulous attention and expertise have helped me to gain the strength I need for my 12+ hour shifts. She is amazing and has my highest recommendation!

Jen rocks! I was not sure that I wanted to do pilates before working with her, but she made it easy and now I fully see the benefits. She was effective in inspiring me. I recommend her to beginners and experts alike. I am definitely coming back for more.
