For a girl who doesn't like "exercising" doing Pilates with Jenn Berry is like playtime. When you feel it the next day, it puts a satisfied smile on your face and you know you've done something good! Having the commitment of working with a Personal Trainer taught me discipline and also inspired me to live an all-around healthier life. I make better food choices, I ride my bike to work, I push myself to go the extra mile... because Jenn taught me to stretch myself, to strive to be better. Side effects of doing Pilates include: better self-esteem, sexier legs, elevated moods, more flexibility, a whittled waist, compliments... lots of them, and over-all better health. Jenn is really good at meeting you where you're at, which helps if you feel timid about working out on a Reformer or even just plain exercising. Plus, the girl has got some awesome tricks up her sleeves - you will not be disappointed!
